In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data amending certain acts and with the objective to protect the rights of data subjects and to prevent possible misuse or leakage of personal information the rights arising from GDPR may be exercised by the data subject in the following ways:

For the acceptance of a request for exercising the rights it is necessary to adequately identify the applicant and comprehensively and clearly specify the subject of the request. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. To facilitate access of data subjects to their rights, we have prepared sample applications that are available below. In the case of the right to access data, the right to data portability and the right to erase data the abuse of which could have a major impact on the rights and freedoms of the data subject, we require that the applicant's signature on the request sent by post is notarized or that the request sent by an e-mail is signed with a guaranteed electronic signature of the applicant. If the right of the data subject is exercised by another person on the basis of a power of attorney, we require the submission of the original power of attorney with an officially certified signature of the principal, and the power of attorney must not be older than six months.
