The company has a long-term tradition – the production was established in a newly built factory in the territory of Dubnica in 1937 as a part of concern Skoda Plzen. Except of ammunition production and rocketry, machine production orientated on production of special tools and single-purpose machines was developed. Later on, range of products was enlarged by production of transformers for consumer and industrial electronics, electronics for control systems of machines, measuring and pumping technology, civil pyrotechnics, production of air guns. Now, the company employs experienced labour force and it possess production plants equipped with modern technologies.
The ZVS holding, Inc. company has been founded in 1937 and dealing with development, production and sale in area of mechanical engineering, electrotechnics and special production focusing on large calibre and middle calibre ammunition.
Since 2000, the company deals with the development and production of sub-caliber ammunition for military purposes, pistol and shotgun ammunition for target shooting and hunting purposes.
Since 2013 the company has the latest technology in metal processing ( cutting - laser cutting, punching, bending, rolling, scoring ) as well as any powder-coated finish.

At the January of 2015 was company incorporated as a branch plant into the MSM Martin Ltd. At the May of 2015 has been established MSM GROUP Ltd. which is covering several companies operating in the defence area included the ZVS Holding, Inc. and ZVS Impex, Inc. also. By this step our plant gained strong partners and significant covering.
